Accessible Forum Software
What we did
To promote participation and make discussion forums more accessible to users, we decided to add a text and colour scheme style switcher.

Why we have done this
We initially had a client that required an accessible web site and was to include a message board on the site. After much searching and looking at paid and free forum solutions, we soon realised that nothing existed.
We decided to use a forum called PunBB which is free and was one of the few forums that is built in such a way that it already allowed font sizes to be changed via the browser settings. We then re-designed it to make it fit for purpose.
We are making this modified forum availible to anyone as a free download from this site to help users make their own forums more accessible.
